Neil Duffy is a retired academic and a Chartered Professional Engineer. He has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Digital Systems Engineering. He trained with Rolls Royce and worked extensively in industry becoming a Principle Engineer in the Advance Systems Group of Marconi Space and Defence Systems. Later he took up a lecturing role in the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Before retirement he was a visiting lecturer at the Institute for System Level Integration, a four Universities postgraduate institute.

This website was created by Neil. Duffy and all but the Inverse Effects Experiment were devised by him. He gratefully acknowledges the support, feedback and comments of other investigators.
